It has been more than 6 months since I updated my blog..
Not that I am busy but did not want to update with the changes that happened.
Anything & ofcourse everything changes in the course of life and may be God is teaching me the same in HIS own way.

Summary of Changes:
Jay got
married and moved to U.S.
And , Ani moved to Singapore.
We were moving around infa like the 'Three musketers' and suddenly..I was left all alone.
Missing them a lot.
I know I have to take it +vely .And I hope I am doing it till day. Good work, Alam. (That's hw they both call me)

Ctha got married and s njoying her married life nw.
Rams processed his h1b and moved to U.S.
(Ramasamy(Rams) is my school-mate. We met after 10 years in bangalore. Almost all my friends somehow got settled in chennai except for this guy. But may be I am destined to be here all alone..and so he 2 moved to U.S. Nice kind-hearted caring person..and infact he did introduce me to CDF, which is solely dedicated for supporting children's education. Missing him 2..(Actually not..cos v talk to each other in gtalk almost each day.) )

Now, let me try to recollect all happenings after my Thai trip till date.

Oct'07 : - The Month which proved that 'Road to a Friend's house is never Long'
Visited Selvam's home(He was not there though :-( ). Went to Ernakulam where Ctha's uncle resides and from there went to Piravam Road where Selvam's home is. Though it was my first meeting with his parents , I was very much comfortable and had a nice stay with them.Kumar (Selvam's brother) took me around the quarters and spent some time with me.

Nov/Dec '07: - The Month(s) which invoked the 'Spirituality' in ME. The Month(s) when Ctha/Jay got settled in life.

Attended ctha's engagement in tirunelveli. Happy that she got engaged & got settled in life but sad due to the fact that..things r going to CHANGE soon after her marriage.
Took a week off and did some south india tour.

Visited Rameshwaram & other surrounding areas.
Rameshwarama houses Lord Shiva and the temple is very very very big. I was stunned by temple praharams(corridors). One should visit this place and have a walk around the corridors to admire the architecture of the temple.

Rameshwaram is yet another classic example of temples being maintained in a bad state down south. Not only the temple , the whole town itself needs to be renovated. One could clearly see the devastating remains of the cyclone that happ around 1960's. Nothing has been cleaned up since then.May be they are trying to show live-sample of aftermath of a cyclone.

Did visit the dhanushkodi temple ,which is the new temple built after the old one was destroyed during the cyclone.Watched out the crystal clear waters in Sethukkarai - the place itself is so serene and calm.

Had a glimpse of our President Dr.A.P.J Kalam's house. Then as usual did some shopping .But for a change this time it was my brother who shopped a lot.He was eager in shopping things for the house which he mite buy @ any time any where. And he was more eager in getting it done from my wallet.

Also visited Thirupullani,Devipattnam& Uthirakosamangai.
Thirupullani is said to be the place where Rama rested on grass doing tapas and hence the name. And the temple is famous for its Milk Payasam. Did have nearly two glasess of payasam and truly it was delicious.

We then visited devipatnam where one could see all navagrahas in water. Due to heavy rains , we could not see many of the navagrahas there.

Next is Uthirakosamangai.Uthirakosamangai temple was awesome and is supposed to be the oldest temple. It houses an emerald nataraja embedded with sandalwood. You can see the emerlad nataraja on only one day which is thiruvonam.(I think I am rite??). The paintings in the temple tower were splendid.

Soon after completing the rameshwaram tour, we proceeded to tirunelveli. My cousin, Hari , who is in Delhi, had cum 4 vacation to tirunelveli. And then I started my next tour. My dad & brother left for Bangalore while me & mom contined to tour.

[ Hari is my cousin-brother .....to be more precise my elder brother. The one guy who proved to me that anything can be achieved through HARD work. As against all turning out be s/w engineers in my family, he s the only exception who proved his BEST in business. He is now waiting to get settled in the next phase of life, MARRIAGE. He actually told me he would wait till I get married.May be he lost hopes.:-( (jst kidding) ]

Our first tour was to coutrallam. Though our primary intention was to do pooja @ hari's kulatheivam temple(Each family in tamilnadu has a kulatheivam which means 'Deity of family') which is in coutrallam , we couldn't control ourselves once we had a glimpse of Main falls. When we started for coutrallam , it was raining heavily and we were told they mite not allow bathing in any of the falls. Still we came prepared with backup dresses. To our luck, many people abstained visiting coutrallam that day due to rains but to our njoyment, we were allowed to bathe. We booked for the pooja in the temple and in the 30 mts time interval we did visit Main falls.

If you happen to visit coutrallam during season time, you hardly get place to stand and njoy ur bathe in the falls. As against that, the whole place was MINE. There was hardly no one, except me & my aunt in the Ladies section. Yet another time, I found out my love for water and I started singing and dancing. It is high time I learn swimming and njoy the closeness with water. But my only worry is about getting tanned in the chlorine water. I have it in my future plan of action after marriage.
While I was dreaming about all these and njoying the waters , I culd hear my aunt yelling and my cousin waving his hands asking me to stop my attrocities.I had to say BYE to the waters and come out.
Our next trip was to Kanyakumari .

I always wanted to get settled @ this place - which enlightened Swami Vivekananada , who is my role-model. Many used to tell me I am bold and confident.(Nt sure if this is valid now) But remember, courage is how you deep you hide your fears. I learnt it from My Master, Vivekananda. He has been my inspiration till date.Whenever I feel I am getting feared, I think of him. And believe it or not, many times, I have overcum my fear.'Watever u think, that u ARE' - These golden words would certainly enable any human to the path of enlightment.
We visited Bhagavathi amman temple where the Goddess did penance to Lord Shiva to marry her. Then, we visited the 'Rock Memorial', which houses the statue of Vivekananda. The way he stands, the way he looks @ all brings tears & confidence in you. The entire place is maintained neatly by kendra.

We then visited the newly constructed Thiruvalluvar statue which is mainted by the Government. One could see shops selling eatables & what not there. This is definitely going to destroy the beauty of both the rock memorial and the valluvar statue and pollute both.
Even before we visited Kanyakumari, we did visit Nagercoil temple and Suchindram temple.
Nagercoil houses the Nagaraja and the main speciality in this temple is the purohit speaks to the Naga deity in sign language. There is no chanting of verses in this temple .
Suchindram temple is well known for the tallest Hanuman statue which they say keeps growing and once it hits the ceiling, the world would be destroyed. I am not sure about the authenticity in the claim but the temple is worth visiting.
Whenver I visit Suchindram , I think of Ponna akka- Amutha's cousin-sis: My sis 2. Though I have never visited her home , I hv heard from ammu that her home s somewhere here.
[Amutha(Ammu) is my U.G college mate. The only ONE who graduated in Chemistry and is still doing her ph.d in Chemistry in Anna University. I actually feel proud of her.A very calm, silent, bit fat girl in college who has gone very notorious, attrocious&lean now. (Remember , life is full of changes.) I always love the dimple in her cheeks when she smiles.(No more dimples now..she has gone lean..rite??) ]
[Ponna akka got introduced to me as Ammu's cousin. A very loving, caring & beautiful sis who s s rite now settled in U.S with her hubby. And she will be delivering a beautiful cute Ponna/Sabhari soooonnnnnn. Best Wishes, akka.I did stay @ her house during my U.S trip. She & her hubby took me around couple of malls and helped me do some shopping.I can never 4get their hospitality& care.]
Days were running and finally the day arrived when I had to start to blr.
With heavy heart, I started to Bangalore to get in to business.
[Will continue the other changes sometime later]

From Bangalore to Bangkok...

The much awaited trip finally happened
We reached bangalore airport much early..
All trios with our guests(Me,Ani&Jay) kept introducing our guests to all our infa colleagues
Finally...we boarded our flight to Bangkok
It was my mom's first flight journey..and she was equally thrilled & scared.
The flight was delayed by 20 minutes due to some technical problems.
And when the moment came...I culd see my mom in happiness with fear.

Day I: (Sept 13 2006)
We reached Bangkok @ some unearthly hour..and there we got to see our guides holding 'Informatica' cards to welcome us.
We boarded a volvo bus and our journey to pattaya started.

Our Bus:

Our guide Ms.Sancharika..kept talking about Thailand,it's culture and people.
And then finally she realised ...we all were drowsy and ended her speech.
We reached pattaya late afternoon and checked-in our rooms.
We three culd not get rooms near by..
I luckily got near jay after xchanging with one of my colleagues.
We then had lunch...shot some snaps in our hotel and walked to nearby massage centre to book for massage.
Myself & jay booked for foot&head massage. We also booked the same for jay's dad & my mom.
Logu(Ani's hubbydear) had booked for Thai massage which s entire body massage.
He alone had to do it immediately.
After 2 hrs...Logu was like...all set to relax.
He narrated hw the massage happened..and t was like breaking his body into pieces.
I thot I culd also relax well during my massage the next day.

But we really struggled hard to book our massage..as the lady in the reception was not @ all polite. I remember our guide saying..Thailand is a land of smiles..
But no....I culd not find that..
She was getting angry during our enquiries and asked us to leave immediately.
Horrible customer service....

We got ready for Alcazar Cabaret show and boarded our bus.
The venue was splendind and the show was simply superb.
All female cast in the show were originally male from origin and we culd not even make that out.
The entire settings, the costume...all were rich and marvellous.
One surprising fact is even my mom njoyed the show..though I thot she won't..
Though the show lasted only for an hour,v njoyed to the max.

Alcazar Cabaret Show:

We then got our us dollars xchanged to Thai Bhat and left for hotel to have dinner.

Day I we culd not do much as most of the time was spent on travel.
Except for alcazar ..nothing gr8 happenend .

Day II:(Sept 14 2006)

We actually had planned to visit coral island on Day-II.
But it was heavily raining in pattaya...
Heavy rains..to the extent ..the island could not even be located
We all were worried cos..v culd not do para-sailing & underwater sea walk.
Finally..there were changes in out plan..and we decided to go to Gems factory and then based on the weather decide the next action plan.

Gems factory is a very nice place where one gets to see how gems are found and then processed to beautiful jewellery..
It was my mom's wedding anniversary..(Wat s W'day without hubby) and so...I got her a silver ring with ruby stone.
The rest were all 2 costly..that if I am going 2 spend on t ..then I won't have any penny left for my trip.
Jay somehow did a good purchase...
First time am cing her getting stuffs for her. :-)

We then found many photo-spots and shot some snaps.
It was still raining..and it took nearly an hour to reach our hotel.
Drainage system in pattya is totally bad ...so bad...that water was here, there & everywhere
You culd see all shop-keepers pumping water out of their shops.

The weather soon turned to favour us...and v came to know..our coral island trip will take place soon.

We had booked for our massage in the evening..(as per our earlier schedule..)
As all our schedule got changed, me & jay...went to the nearby massage centre to re-schedule.
We had to struggle hard to reach the nearby massage centre...as the entire place was flooded with water.
As we had bad xperience even during booking..we were scared abt our re-schedule.
To our surprise, they cancelled the massage as there were rains...

Alas!....No massaging atlast in World's famous massage centre.

We then...gt ready for our trip to Coral Island
We boarded a ferry and stopped in between to reach another ferry where para-sailing took place.
Ani was the first to try out in the entire gang. (Hats off..Ani)
And then me & jay..were all set.
The expert who gave us a jacket and tied us some ropes..was really harsh.
He kept on shouting @ us. (One another reason...for Thailand not a Land of Smiles..)
Finally...I was floating in the air.
Wat a wonderful xperience it was..
Just made sure all the ropes were intact couple of times..
Wat if I fell down..dn't know swimming 2
Wish I were a bird so that I culd fly..in air.
Felt like shouting to the entire world...to try para-sailing..and njoy the state of vaccum...

We then got ready for our next activity - Underwater sea walk.
Six of us...were in one group..(this was for taking photos..where each one will be charged 100 baht)
We got dressed with Oxy cylinders and glove on one hand.
They taught us some signs ...to help us speak in under-water.
It was realy difficult to walk carrying the cylinder.
I was the first one in our group to go 'down'.
An expert helped me 'swim' and took me to the bottom of sea...where I culd only see sand.
He made me squat and then asked me if I am ok.
I signalled him that I was ok..
He then went up & brought other people in the group.
Ani had some pbms with the cylinder..and she was signalling danger ..
But our so-called expert...says everything s ok..and pushes her down again..
I was getting tensed as I felt she is not comfortable. But culdn't do anything
Finally by God's grace she managed to 'survive in underwater'..
The expert then brought someone else..instead of Logu. And we all kept signalling him..he was wrong.
He then dived again and brought Logu with him.
Once all of us in the group assembled...he just caught hold of my hand..and took me somewhere
I was getting scared.
I thot we are in group..Y shld he take me alone??
Jay also told me later she was also scared and did not know wat 2 to when the expert took me alone.

Oh..come on.. Think +vely
That was for taking snaps near coral
I culd see someone clicking snaps and asking me to pose for it
Gave some good poses.
But none had cum clearlyl in the CD. :-(

We then walked as group to another place
The expert then gave us bread to feed the fish.
Till then..everything was clear & calm and no one was n between 6 of us.
Once we were holding the bread crumbs we culd not see anyone nearby..
I was surrounded by all varieties of fishes.
I could feel fishes eating the bread crumbs ..infact I was scared if I could get bit.
Recent death of Steve Irwin was also one of the reason for my fear.
But it was a different experience feeding fishes.
The expert then..showed us coral and asked us to touch & feel it.
After that...he then took each one of us to the top

Under-water is so calm & only peace prevails there
All attrocities happen over-water only..
Wat a beautiful world t s
Wish I culd stay there.
Nothing to talk & Nothing to do..
No anger,No jealousy,No vengence.. cos..No human-beings rite
Only serenity prevails there

Myself & Jay then went for scooter-boat..
Someone drove it while me & jay we just acting as if we were driving.Jay was actually not intrested..She just accepted for me..So kind of u..Jay...

We then finally reached coral island..where we found a place alloted to infa.

Coral Island:

Then..v got n to water and started playing splashing water @ each other
Jay tried to teach me swimming but I culd not get it(she s a better swimmer)
God only knows when I am going to learn swimming

We had to wind up our activities @ coral island and leave 4 our hotel.
So, we boarded a ferry and then reached the shore to board our bus.
I was sort of sad because I had no snap of mine when I did my para-sailing
I needed a proof to say ...I did it..rite
To my surprise, I culd see vendors selling all our photos neatly framed.
vow...I culd see my parasailing snap
Also..there was one snap of my mom boarding the ferry.
He was charging 100 baht for one.
Just picked up both without bargaining..

The entire day was hectic and I was damn tired.
Went to hotel and had shower and felt like going to bed.
But as we had a party that nite..culd not do that
We reached CHAMPS hotel where we had Indian dinner & party.
As they were playing Hindi songs , all infaiites became cheerful and starting dancing.
It was fun watching people dance even without having dinner.
All INFA couples starting performing sort of ball dance and v all njoyed a lot.

Work Hard, Party Hard...that's the secret behind success of infa.
Happy to be a part of such a nice team.

Day-II unlike Day-I was very hectic...and v njoyed to the core.
The day..where each of us got to perform gr8 life-time activities like para-sailing & under-water walk.
Went to bed early..(around 12???) as we had to leave for Bangkok the next day.

Day III:(Sept 15 2006)

We started early as we had to leave for Bangkok.
It was expected to be 3.5 hr drive from pattaya.
But then, it did not happen as xpected.
There was heavy traffic in the city. When our guides told us Bangkok's traffic is worse, I thot they haven't seen Bangalore traffic.
But then..I had to change my stand after being struck for more than 2 hrs in Bangkok traffic.

Bangkok's traffic is one of the top 100 things in world which everyone should experience, someone told.

Why should one experience getting struck in traffic for hours..Doesn't make sense

We had lunch and then visited Golden Buddha temple which houses Lord Buddha carved in pure gold.Even a glimpse of the Lord provokes peace in mind.

I was struck by the fact that there was no security in the temple premises.
After shooting a few snaps..we just proceeded to another Buddha temple-The reclining Buddha
which is 46 meters long and 15 meters high.

The entire wat pho houses more than 1000 Buddha statues.
As we had little time, we could only see couple of those.
Thai architecture is really splendid and marvellous.
Surely it is a treat to artistic eyes.

We did not have break from morning..till afternoon.
So..we decided to check-in and refresh ourselves @ our hotel.
Compared to hotel in pattya, hotel in Bangkok was quite good.
It was more sophisticated and we had to use some access card for our rooms. We even had security lockers which used PIN codes.
But we had very short time..and then proceeded for dinner.
We had plans of visiting night bazaar after our dinner. However, it was heavily raining and we had to wait for the rains to stop.
All girlies were cursing the rains..as we had less time for shopping.
We were asked to report @ 11:30 P.M and it was already 10 P.M.
Wat can we shop in 1.5 hrs ?
We then..made up our mind and started shopping.
Me & jay were looking for Thai handicraft stuffs.
Got some envelope hangers with little elephant engravings and 'Thailand' written on it.
Jay got a beautiful 'Garuda'. I actually wanted to get it but as my mom was not intrested I left it. But in my mind..I had an urge to get it.
We had to bargain here, there and everywhere.
Thai shopkeepers wrote the value of the article in calculators and we had to write the bargain value again in calci. If he is satsified, article is yours.Else you get harsh scoldings most of the times.
We did not have enuf time to grep for more and so finally we boarded our bus.

Our last nite @ Bangkok ended with half day spent in bus and the remaining in visiting couple of temples and just bit of shopping.

Day-IV

We had the entire day for shopping.
We first visited Indira Square..and it was full of clothes & shoes.
As I had shopped a whole lot of clothes for Bangkok trip..somehow I was not intr in shopping for clothes.
I was eagerly looking for handicraft stuffs alone.
One good item in Indira Square is watches.
You could get lots of fancy watches.Picked up a bunch to gift.
We then boarded tuk-tuk(auto) to reach MBK which is yet another shopping mall.
Travelling in tuk-tuk is no easy task.
Particulary with the jerk & pollution..it is definitely a head-ache.
Autos are better , I felt.

We reached MBK and to my amusement I found a big shop with all Thai handicrafts.
Shopped lots of crafts stuff for my brother & my friends.
I had only thot in my mind..Spend all Baht which I converted.
Wat do I do with Baht ? Converting Baht to USD and then to INR is total waste.
So, I had nearly 3000 Baht and I decided to spend it.
Me & Jay then had lunch @ pizza hut.
I then got my mom her all time favourite ice-creams & a beautiful stud for her.(rem..I have to spend my Baht)
Picked up many stuffs @ MBK for friends & relatives and was happy with the purchase I made.
Got my 'Jatayu' too .ofcourse for a bit higher rate. But no other go..as I was not sure if I culd cum back to Bangkok again.

When I finally came out of MBK, I had literally no Baht left in my hand even for boarding sky train to reach our hotel.
Jay then generously..helped me and took tickets for sky-train.
Sky-train is much similar to Delhi-Metero.

As I had already travelled in Metero, I was not that amused.
Travelling in sky-train is the easiest way to commute in and around Bangkok.
No traffic in the sky..rite??

We reached our hotel and boarded the bus to leave for airport.
We got some Thai chocos @ the airport.
We had arrived much in advance and so spent the time chatting and moving around.
Finally our M.D called Logu and asked him to take a Group photo.
(Somehow ...he was impressed by Logu's photography skills)
We took many Group photos in the hope that atleast one would come out well and then boarded our flight to Bangalore.

The INFA Family

Luckily without any flaw, me & my mom got 'Special Vegetarian Food'.
I heard 'Indian Hindu Meals' is non-vegetarian.
Wat a misleading naming convention...
We reached blr @ around 12 but had to wait for more than half-an-hour to get our checkin-bags.
I heard people saying 'We are in India ..rite.So, this is expected'.Makes sense.

Me & my mom finally reached home @ around 1:30 P.M.

Altogther..trip was gr8 and we got to go as INFA fly.
We had worked hard as team.
And now we njoyed hard as team.
Sweet memories that will remain forever in the hearts of all INFAiites.
A never-to-be forgotten trip in my life...

From Thai to Tirunelveli...
Nothing much s happening these days..
Only good thing s PowerTrip - Bangkok trip for our release celebraions.
The best part s one guest s allowed.
Initially I had lots of confusions on who the guest would be.
I did not have the default guest as I am still single..(As I always say..the advantage of being a 'Single')
so..was thinking of choosing either my brother or my mom or my aunt.
My mom was chosen finally though she was the one who did not have a passport in my probables list.(i love my mom more..that's y..)
(I always had my brother as 'reserve' anyways..)
Getting passport issued in blr was a tedious task as we did not have proper Address Proof for her. Finally, v got t done after coming across many hurdles.

One thing I found out in the process is, if you are a good citizen, you find difficult to get a passport.

So..v both r all set for Bangkok trip.
will be leaving next tuesday and be bac on saturday nite.
Me,Ani & Jay did xtensive shopping for our trip.
Shopping in Bangkok is totally different from Shopping for Bangkok , I say. (ha ha)
Visited almost all malls in blr and r happy that v chose the best outfits for all of us.
Girls r always girls....
(Ani & Jay are my colleagues .....to be more precise..my best frnds who are adding colour to my blr life.Ani s married to a very very nice gentlemen , Logu and s njoying her sweet married life.
While me & jay..r sailing in the same boat..njoying life)
yt to start packing..though ctha keeps reminding me each day abt it.
thinking of doing it this weekend as I don't have to visit any malls hereafterwards.
(Ctha s my school-mate,college-mate(not classmates in college)..and then finally I did my M.Sc staying in her home(trust me..I was not a paying guest there)..and that made me her home-mate also. So..she knows me right from a naughty school kid to a gd girl .(am I??). A very nice girl who always thinks everyone s good and is adjustable always.)

Yday was selvam's house-warming function.
So sad that I could not go..
(ofcourse...he himself culd nt go cos he s n singapore now.but then that's diff)
Getting house n one's native place is the best thing that can happen n anyone's life.., I feel.
And Tirunelveli is a very nice place to own a house.
I had been there two weeks back.
All I could think of first is the the famous Irrutu kadai Halwa.
I remember getting 50g for 50p and now the same 50g s about Rs.4/-
The quality remains the same however.

The next thing that comes to my mind s thamiraparani river.
Though I don't know swimming, I always go there to bathe.
I could see people brushing, washing their clothes , bathing and wat not..they do there
One intresting thing was , I saw a girl carrying her school bag.
She took bath in the river, went to a 'Murugan' temple nearby and then carried her bag to school.
Wat an njoyable life...I thot...
For almost all in tly, taking bath in thamiraparani river is a daily routine.
But then I had another feeling that came up in my mind.
Am I polluting the river ??
Still..my love to take bath in the river was more than my environmental care..and finally I 2 decided to pollute the river in my own way.
My cousin-sisters were there..and v played like anything in the river.
We had ice-creams early morning in the middle of the river not bothering.abt ppl looking @ our foolish acts.
Finally had to end up all as my niece was becoming untolerable and my sis had to leave.
(Another advantage of being Single..I say)

The next best thing is Nellaiappar temple.
I have always wondered @ the architecture of this temple.

It resembles Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple in its architecture, though madurai temple s 2 small when compared to nellaiappar temple.
However the temple is not all maintained properly.
The reason being not many visitors as in Madurai temple.
I always feel sad when I see many temples down south , rich in architecture ,not being maintained properly just because there are not enough visitors to the temple.
Just because no one visits , should we stop cleaning our home ?
I have spoken abt this many times to my uncle in tly and he keeps saying income earned by temple is so less..that it s being used only to pay wages for purohits there.
May be that's y the purohits there..show the arthi and say, 'Thattula kanikkai podunga' meaning..'Give some offerings in the plate'.

I always get irritated when I hear these words..because I am against the idea of giving offerings in temples.

Hopefully the temple remains in a form so that our future generation can also njoy & xperience the divinity of nellai appar and beautiful Gandhimathi amman clad in nine-yard saree.

Oh...God Help us...save even ur 'Not so famous' temples!!

so...selvam has done a gr8 job in getting a home there.
cos..I always have a home @ tly..now.
(Selvam is my M.Sc college mate.Though we hardly spoke during our college days,we shared the same bond of 'Tirunelveli' and so finally became good friends. A good friend who can be trusted upon always.)

My Name has a meaning....

Published my first post..sucessfully..
so..lemme write something abt me..

Though I was named after my granny... (My dad, followed the old indian custom of naming their children with their parents names), my name(Alamelu) has a meaning..

AlarMel Mangai...
Alar-lotus : Mel-on top :Mangai-lady
Lady on top of a lotus..(Goddess in tirupathi)
Wat a lovely name
AlarMel Mangai...became Alamelu Mangai..
finally..shortened to Alamelu.

Now u know....
However...the name is in the register and used officially

@ home, I am called as Priya
As u mite be knowing 'Priya' is the name widely used in almost all tamil films in 80's.
But then..here also..my name has a meaning.
I was named Skanda Priya by my aunt.
meaning..

Skanda- Lord Muruga or Subramanya
Priya - priyam..which means loving..

loves Muruga..or loved by muruga.. (depends on hw u take t)
(May be that's y am 2 close to Lord Muruga :-) )

The saddest part s no one calls me skanda priya.
Just Priya.
I have to remind my mom..my name s skanda priya
still..no use..

2 much 4 2day..
lemme wind up

My First Blog...

2 early to start blogging.. :-(
but..'Better late than never'
